Old Northeast Neighborhood description:
Known for its’ beautiful architecture, charming old homes, and brick streets, Old Northeast is a neighborhood that its residents consider a perfect location. The majority of the homes were built before 1939 which makes it a great place to walk around and check out the architecture. The homes in Old Northeast are also close enough that you can walk to the water, and parks like Vinoy park & Straub park. The neighborhood’s location also makes it convenient to downtown St. Petersburg which helps during events and on the weekends when parking can be a premium in the area.
We love watching homes in Old Northeast because it gives us an excuse to drive Coffee Pot Bayou and check out the boats, and see what kind of crazy outfit the rhinoceros is wearing today.
Not to mention ONE has of the most unique street signs in the city of St. Petersburg.
